After starting my Air Force career in Law Enforcement, I was retrained into recruiting. Successfully managed the recruiting activities of eight recruiters, in two different environments (rural and urban). Wrote policies and procedures, trained recruiters, allocated goals and assisted recruiters in all assigned programs. Attracted quality staff including physicians, nurses, and engineers. Enlisted both technical and non-technical personnel. Conducted audit and inspections as required.
