Being in the military instilled a sense of camaraderie and looking out for each other in me that I never had prior to joining. I learned how important it was to have good leaders and to, in turn, be a good leader myself. One of the reasons I entered this career field is because it gives me the opportunity to grow my circle, thus being able to help guide and mentor even more people on a daily basis.
