Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
Starting as an E-1 in the military and growing through the ranks built character and molded valuable leadership experience. Learning on how to interact and properly motivate a team made the transition to civilian life much easier and prepared me for an immediate job following separation. Upon working a standard civilian job, there was much more passion missing which led me to move into the entrepreneurial space. Being used to long working hours, I found much more fulfillment in my own business.
