Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
The Air Force prepared me with forward thinking. In the military, you always have a plan, and you follow it. In business, I use that same discipline. Can do, Will do...just satisfy the customer. It gives you a great sense of accomplishment. We made sure our military uniforms were pristine. It gave us pride to look so good. I want our customers to look good, feel good, and have that same sense of pride from cleaning their garments.
