At Tribute Health, our goal is to keep your healthy employees well and to prevent and possibly reverse the onset of disease and the related costs for those at risk. We come on-site to your business location to hold annual health screenings for all of your employees at a per-participant cost lower than you expect. We work to promote health and wellness to your employees and to make screenings as convenient beneficial as possible.
At your on-site Health Screening event, each of your employees may receive a personal measure of: Height, Weight, and Waist Circumference, Blood Pressure, Finger Stick Test for Total Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides, TC/HDL Ratio, and Glucose, Health Coaching/Counseling Additional services available are: Flu Vaccination Clinics, Body Fat Analysis including BMI Skin Cancer Screening (Face, Arms, and Neck) Colo rectal Disease Screening (Take Home Kit) Extended on-site Health Coaching/Counseling Specialized Blood Tests (PSA, HgbA1c, and TSH) On-Line or Paper Appointment Scheduling Health Education Exhibits American Heart Association CPR and AED Certification Training, and more Our services are available locally to the Dallas
